3. Blender

This home appliance is popular for pureeing fruits and vegetables to make juices or fiber forms. Research shows that this juice is more nutritious than other juices.

There are three (3) types of juicers. However, there are two (2) categories of juicers. They are either cold press juicers or centrifugal juice extractors. One class may be more suitable than another, especially if you're juicing for weight loss.

Centrifugal Juice Extractor

This is the most popular juicer, and it uses a fast-spinning blade to separate juice from fruit flesh. Experts say that this machine has one drawback: it can destroy enzymes in vegetables and fruits due to the heat produced by the machine. The heat also oxidizes nutrients, making the product less nutritious. This is a good thing, though, because it's cheaper.

Cold press juicers, also known as masticating juicers, crush and press the vegetable or fruit to produce high amounts of juice. It does not produce heat, which is a plus. This gives you maximum nutritional benefits.

This is a good option, especially if you are trying to lose weight or cleanse.

There are many other types of juicers. These include upright, single, twin-gear (or triturating), and wheatgrass juicers.
